Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New ZealandIn the role of Senior Consultant, Product Improvement you will join the Consumer deposit team thats doubling down on customer obsession.In this Senior Consultant role, you will:Support the safe implementation of initiatives to improve the Deposits product experience, ensure pro-active management of risks and oversee and remediation of events in the consumer deposit portfolio.Build a strong risk management and continuous improvement culture with the teamOversee PACE accreditation within the Consumer Deposits team and provide PACE coaching and support to other members of the teamIdentify opportunities to uplift the performance of the portfolio from a customer risk, and compliance perspectiveProactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements, perform control, adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role, and escalating events, issues or breeches.Were looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers.
