For Marine Maintenance Managers, Site Supervisors to oversee infrastructure and construction projects for a growing aquaculture company. Sponsorship options make it accessible to visa holders already in Australia with full work rights.Requires: Relevant leadership experience in marine infrastructure management; strong knowledge of bays and lease areas; and Coxswain Grade 1 essentialSalary guide: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.Location: Port Lincoln area of South Australia.Your normal day will involve:Planning and overseeing infrastructure and construction/maintenance projects across multiple sites.Supervising, mentoring, and coordinating a construction/maintenance team.Ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.Maintaining high standards of safety, environmental compliance, and site organisation.Overseeing the use, maintenance, and safe operation of tools and machinery.Providing regular updates and reports on project progress and outcomes.The role involves supervising day-to-day operations across various coastal South Australian towns, managing hands-on marine infrastructure work, and leading a maintenance crew to ensure the highest standards of safety and efficiency.
