Then join the Monitoring and Evaluation team in the Strategy and Performance branch and help keep NSW Resources informed with timely intelligence on the mining and resources industries.What Youll Be DoingAs Intelligence Analyst youll be the go-to person for collecting, analysing, and sharing intelligence that matters. From tracking industry trends to identifying emerging risks and opportunities, your insights will shape how NSW Resources responds to a fast-evolving landscape.Youll:Monitor a wide range of sources to identify key developments in the mining and resources sector.Prepare regular reports and briefings that cut through the noise and highlight what matters most.Deliver timely alerts on critical issues to internal stakeholders.Collaborate with teams across the group to ensure intelligence aligns with strategic priorities.What Youll BringWere looking for someone who:Has a knack for finding and connecting the dots across complex information.Brings experience in qualitative analysis, intelligence, or research.Communicates clearly and confidentlyboth in writing and in person.Understands (or is keen to learn about) the mining and resources industry.Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.What Youll NeedRelevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in intelligence, research, or analysis.A strong sense of curiosity and a drive to deliver insights that make a difference.Compliance with pre-employment probity screening (mandatory).Why Join Us?Working for NSW Resources offers a range of benefits and opportunities that make it an attractive place to build your career.
