In this hands-on role, youll be responsible for providing expert technical support and maintenance services for Almas range of medical aesthetic devices across NSW and occasionally interstate.Youll play a key role in ensuring device reliability, client satisfaction, and service excellence helping Alma maintain its reputation as a leader in innovation and customer care.About YouYoure a self-motivated technician who thrives in the field, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in delivering high-quality service. You are proactive, organised, and eager to be part of a dynamic, fast-growing team.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct device inspections, calibrations, preventative maintenance, and quality control in line with manufacturer and regulatory standardsDeliver professional on-site and remote technical support to Alma customersTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues over the phone and in personPerform field repairs and coordinate with contractors when neededManage and track service calls through Almas CRM/ERP systemPrepare service reports and maintain complete device service historyMaintain tools, spare parts, and service equipment in excellent conditionCollaborate closely with Operations (Inventory & Logistics) and support cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, and ClinicalContinuously contribute to improving service processes and documentationWhat Youll BringPrevious experience in technical servicing, ideally in the medical device industryStrong troubleshooting and repair skills with a methodical approachHigh attention to detail and a strong customer-first mindsetExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written)Knowledge of basic physics and electrical principlesTertiary qualifications in a relevant technical or engineering field (Certificate level or higher)A valid Australian drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicleA professional, positive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential to success in this role.Why Join Alma?At Alma, youre not just stepping into a role youre joining a company thats redefining the aesthetic industry.
