This role is initially based full-time in the office, with the opportunity for flexible working arrangements following the successful completion of probation.Handle inbound claims and act as the first point of contact for customers following motor incidents.Provide exceptional service by guiding clients through the claims process with care and professionalism.Assess and gather key information to lodge and manage claims accurately and efficiently.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure claims are processed smoothly and timelines are met.Carry out general administrative tasks to support the claims function.Opportunity to step into a more senior claims role as you progress.About YouExperience in motor insurance claims, general insurance claims, or claims lodgements.Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Confident in handling conversations around claims with empathy and professionalism.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.Quick to adapt to new systems and tools.A team player whos eager to learn and grow within an evolving environment.Why Talentpath?At Talentpath, we partner with companies to help fuel their potential through the addition of talented people.
