These are the official sources of information for businesses, professionals, government and the public.The roleAs a Work Management Product Owner, you will:Leading a team to enhance frontline services.Establish and drive a roadmap for work management applications.Improve contact centre solutions for personalised experiences at scale.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ASIC''s business needs.Work with the delivery team to detail requirements and propose solutions.Lead implementation planning, change management, and readiness activities.Represent user needs to ensure consumer-focused solutions.Use data insights to enhance user and staff experience and prioritise improvements.Provide strategic advice on user experience, interface, and accessibility design.Coordinate business testing and support representatives during testing.About youBachelor''s degree or above in IT, computer science, or a related field.Proven experience with Genesys and web application development and deployment.Skilled in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements.You will also demonstrate:Skilled in APIs, integration, digital portals, case management, and workflows.Experienced with multi-cloud web platforms (M365, Azure, AWS) and languages like Python, PHP, HTML.Engages with business users to gather requirements and improve processes.Strong in situational analysis and decision-making amid competing priorities.Balances business and IT strategies, processes, initiatives, and service delivery.Builds effective relationships with business and tech stakeholders.Familiar with Agile delivery methods.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.View the position description for more information or click apply'' to start your application.
