We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-orientedQuality Systems Supervisorto join our team. This position offers flexibility and can be based at either ourBurnieorSmithtonproduction facility.In this role, you will report to the Quality Manager and be responsible for overseeing quality systems and ensuring the timely clearance of manufactured goods in accordance with Saputos quality standards and regulatory requirements.Lead internal audits, external audits and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) assessments to ensure compliance with all relevant standards.Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions based on findings from customer feedback, accreditation bodies, and regulatory audits.Maintain and update the HACCP plan, standard operating procedures (SOPs), testing and sampling instructions, and critical control points (CCPs) and quality control points (QCPs).Provide technical expertise to support continuous improvement initiatives across quality systems and broader business operations.Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders.About youTertiary qualifications in Food Science or a related discipline.Experience in food quality, safety, and auditing within a manufacturing or production environment.Strong understanding of food laws and regulations, with demonstrated experience in HACCP and quality management systems.Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to engage and support team members.Excellent written communication and report writing abilities.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Highly organized & attention to detail.Well support you withThe opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by multinational, values led company.A competitive annual salary.Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own way.Ability to participate in our Employee Share Ownership Program.Product Discounts and other employee benefits.Click Apply to submit your application.
