Griffith Discount Tyres & Advanced 4x4 are seeking a motivated and reliable full time administration assistant to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for:General reception duties such as answering the phones, emails and general enquiresScheduling appointmentsPreparing and sending invoices and statementsAccounts Payable/ReceivablePayroll preparationGeneral filing and archivingMonitoring and maintaining stockBank reconciliationsRequirements:Experience with MYOB is preferred but not necessaryKnowledge with Microsoft OfficeThe ability to multitask in a busy environmentWorking with a team, as well as an individualOn the job training will be provided.If you are self-driven and motivated, we would love to hear from you.
