Living beyond the footsteps of their great-grandfather, the family continues to ensure that everything that Wahl produces aligns with the same core family values.When you work at Wahl, you join a community that is proud of its heritage of excellence and ground-breaking innovations and a company that focuses on creating value for the customer and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement Online Strategies : Support the eCommerce Manager in the development and execution of online sales and promotion strategies to drive traffic and conversion online.Channel Portfolio Optimization: Support the eCommerce Manager in the acceleration of GMV and optimize traffic driving investments across DTC channel, marketplaces and Amazon.Coordinates Product Listings : Coordinates product information, including descriptions, prices, and images, are accurate and appealing on Magento and Amazon.Customer Support : Address customer inquiries in collaboration with the customer service team to resolve issues, providing timely resolution and communication to ensure a positive shopping experience.Website Maintenance : Monitor and update website content, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a user-friendly design.Web Performance Analysis : Monitor and report on performance using GA4 analytics. Generate traffic reports and conversion analysis.
