Add expected salary to your profile for insights.As a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Front Desk Management: Acting as the first point of contact for new, existing, and potential patients; greeting and liaising with visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.Knowledge of Dental software for window (D4W) or Dolphin will be an advantage.Communication: Answering telephone calls, responding to inquiries, and relaying messages promptly and accurately.Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating and booking patient appointments using the practice management system.Billing & Payments: Collecting fees from patients, processing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.Administrative Support: Providing general administrative and secretarial assistance to staff across the practice.Office Operations: Contributing to the smooth day-to-day running of the practice by maintaining organised systems and supporting workflow efficiency.Team Collaboration: Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders.Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrating a high level of professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude in all patient and staff interactions.Compliance: Adhering to all company policies and procedures, including confidentiality, privacy, and ethical standards.This role requires a strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You must demonstrate initiative, efficiency, maturity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
