We support clients across the defence, government, and commercial sectors with end-to-end manufacturing capabilities, including design, pre-fabrication, paint, testing, and assembly.As we scale to meet the growing demand for sovereign manufacturing capability in Australia, we are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Officer to help us maintain and improve our compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 across the entire production lifecycle.About the RoleReporting to the Operations Manager and General Manager, your day-to-day will include:Conducting quality inspections across design, pre-fabrication, paint, testing, and final assemblyPerforming QA checks on 30+ vehicle builds per month to ensure compliance with documented standardsSupporting the implementation and improvement of ISO 9001 (Quality) and ISO 45001 (Safety) management systemsRecording and escalating non-conformances and supporting root cause analysis and corrective actionsAssisting with internal audits and preparing for external certification processesMaintaining QA documentation, procedures, and recordsEngaging with supervisors and production teams to embed a strong culture of quality and safetySupporting process improvement initiatives across the businessAbout YouYoure a motivated early-career professional with a passion for quality and attention to detail.
