In this role you will have responsibility for a portfolio of customers and you will be their key point of contact, their trusted business partner, ensuring their practice needs are met and that their experience with Henry Schein is a positive one.You may currently be working in a dental practice and looking to take your career into sales, with eventually moving out into the field, or you may be a seasoned outbound sales person who has worked in a different industry, attracted to learning about the dental industry.Key Responsibilities Of The Role IncludeBuilding trusted relationships with customers, always with the vision of enhancing the Henry Schein service experienceDeveloping new business opportunities with existing and potential customersAchieving sales targets and working to KPI''sMaintaining knowledge on new products, competitive products and other general market informationProviding support as required to the field sales team to oversee key accountsLiaise with our Customer Care & Field Sales teams to support product returns, merchandise pick-ups, tracking orders, re-orders, pricing discrepancies, balance queries or creditsMaintaining up-to-date customer recordsExperience, Skills, and Attributes:Previous phone sales experience in a corporate environment (desired)Prior experience working in the dental industry (desired)The ability to build rapport quickly over the phone with excellent communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to influence and negotiate successfullyMS Office proficiency (mandatory) with some experience working on systems such as Pronto and Salesforce (desirable)Self-motivated, a team player, resilient, politely persistent when necessary, and hungry to learn and growUnrestricted working rights in AustraliaWhy join Henry Schein?Base salary + Bonus (guarantee period) + SuperJoin a Great Place to WorkHybrid working after training period13 weeks paid parental leave$1500 Employee Referral ProgramBirthday LeaveDiscounts on dental products and retail discounts + More !If you enjoy building and nurturing relationships over the phone, we would like to hear from you.Henry Schein places a huge emphasis on its people and can offer you a rewarding career.
