We are an organisation experiencing consistent and rapid growth, offering secure employment, career progression, and a safe work environment that encourages and brings out the best in our people.Your New RoleReporting to the Infrastructure Manager and based in Redbank, this role involves providing high-level technical support across Auscos APAC IT infrastructure.Key Responsibilities IncludeMaintaining systems, servers, and storageMonitoring cybersecurity threatsContributing to application improvements and project planningSupporting user trainingThe position offers exposure to a modern Microsoft Azure environment and tools such as JIRA, Intune, Azure DevOps, and VMware. It also includes managing Standard Operating Environments and collaborating with a forward-thinking Infrastructure team.What You Will Bring To The RoleProven experience in a similar IT support or infrastructure roleStrong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and general networkingExperience with JIRA/Confluence and Microsoft IntuneExceptional customer service and problem-solving skillsCreative thinking and the ability to work under pressureProactive, results-driven mindset with strong task prioritization skillsExcellent stakeholder relationship-building skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Knowledge Of:Azure DevOpsMicrosoft 365/AzureMimecastUbiquiti/UnifiCisco Meraki and Palo AltoPowerShell, vSphere, and/or HorizonWhy UsAt Ausco Modular, we prioritise the wellbeing and potential of our people through flexible work arrangements and a strong focus on safety.
