The role will support us add value in driving the implementation of key projects and spearheading process improvement initiatives. Bringing your complex and robust payroll experience, along with a general understanding of enterprise agreements and legislation, you will play a crucial role contributing to payroll projects, reviewing payroll processes and developing efficiencies.About YouDesired Skills and ExperienceTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will PossessOver 10 years-experience within large dynamic organisationsSystems implementation experienceExperience with HRIS systems, complex payroll processing, including interpretation of varying Enterprise AgreementsUnderstanding of superannuation, workers compensation and income protection schemesA precise and meticulous approach to work with exceptional attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsOutstanding customer service with a friendly, customer-focused attitudeBe rewarded at CPP.At CPP, we value our people above all else.
