Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervisionImpeccable communication and professional skills-ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluentlyUnderstand regulatory compliance with state and federal regulationsAdhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentialityDemonstrated ability to supervise and direct staffPossess exceptional nursing assessment skillsProven ability to build quality and implement improvements within the operationComfortable with technologyExcellent customer service skills and ability to deal tactfully with clients, staff, and communityAbility to travel within the assigned territory daily including weekends, nights, and holidaysAbility to pass drug, background, and criminal record checksCertified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-rayUp-to-date vaccinations including Influenza, COVID-19, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis, Rubella, Varicella, MMR, and Hepatitis BLicensed driver with reliable and insured automobile (proof of insurance required)Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
