This is the first time that Liverpool Hospital and SWSLHD have had a Midwifery Unit Manager for Models of Care.This new role will entail oversight, leadership and management for Liverpool Hospitals Models of Care, inclusive currently of:MGPHigh Risk MAPSMSPWith further opportunities to expand the current models as well as involvement in the development of new models of care.We are looking for an enthusiastic midwife who has a passion for models of care, how they operate, what makes them successful and sustainable and a vision for continuing to review and adapt the models as required.This position will be part of the broader Womens and Childrens Leadership team and be a valued member for the multidisciplinary team.What You''ll Be DoingThe Midwifery Unit Manager (MUM) is in-charge of all aspects of the clinical and operational management and take overall responsibility of the midwifery models of care within Liverpool Hospital.
