You will bring a strong track record in managing service contracts, delivering projects, overseeing budgets, and driving strategic planning and asset lifecycle management.You will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential - leading and developing a high-performing team, resolving conflicts, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.A deep understanding of relevant legislation, building codes, and compliance standards, combined with strong problem-solving abilities and proficiency in maintenance management systems, will be key to success in this role, along with a current Victorian Drivers Licence.How To ApplyPlease visit our website to apply online @ you hit the apply button you wont be required to complete lengthy key selection criteria, instead you will be asked to pitch to Council as to why you are the best candidate for this role.Youll also be asked to tell us what interview style works best for you.
