Whilst winning isnt everything, we are proud of our success and love it when we reach the #1 spot.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an Operational Risk and Resilience Manager to join the Custom Fleet team and play a key role in supporting the identification, assessment, and management of operational risks across the organisation.Conduct Line 2 (second-line) reviews of key operational risks across the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) region, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk frameworks.Identify and assess potential risks, control deficiencies, and areas of non-compliance, conducting root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.Support incident management by working with incident owners to analyse risk events, investigate root causes, and implement remediation plans.Facilitate ongoing management and the annual review of business resilience plans and operational risk registers.Provide insights on emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to enhance the organisations risk posture.Oversee risk and resilience assessment processes for new processes, systems, and business activities to ensure that risk registers and resilience documentation remain current.Maintain and update Business Continuity documentation (BCPs & BIA) ensuring they align with business activities, priorities and industry best practice.Support the development and execution of resilience testing, crisis simulations, and scenario analysis planning.Manage and maintain risk management systems, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for reporting and decision-making.Conduct regular reviews and updates of operational risk assessments, ensuring controls are effective and appropriately documented.Develop, maintain, and deliver risk and resilience training materials to educate employees on risk policies, operational resilience, and incident management.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and key advisor for business units on risk management and resilience best practices.Other: Understanding and proficiency in application of Australian financial regulations (e.g., APRA CPS 230, ASIC requirements) and internal risk governance policies.
