The role will help promote Councils services, promote behaviour change campaigns and community engagement opportunities, and create a sense of Whitehorse identity and belonging.Scope of work includes: Communications Planning, Evaluation of campaigns, End-to-end service delivery for communications including planning, writing, production and implementation.
