Our client is responsible for managing and operating a high-voltage transmission network that connects generators, distributors, and major industrial customers. With a strong focus on innovation and grid transformation, the business is actively investing in projects that expand network capacity, integrate renewable energy sources, and support the decarbonisation of the energy sector.As the organisation continues to grow, it is seeking a Strategy Vice President (or senior Associate) to join its high-performing team based in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to join a purpose-driven business delivering nation-building renewable energy projects that will power Australian communities and industries for generations to come.In this role, you will lead and coordinate the enterprise-wide strategic planning process, helping to shape the companys 10-year business plan. Youll generate critical market and business insights by analysing industry trends, competitor strategies, and internal performance data to support high-impact decision-making. Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the business, you will help drive alignment, embed strategic rigour, and deliver transformative initiatives that unlock value. Youll also be responsible for leading the design and execution of strategic projects and monitoring performance on key priorities, reporting progress to leadership and refining plans.Were looking for a strategic thinker and collaborative problem solver with between 6 - 10 years experience in strategy consulting and/or corporate strategy roles. Experience across both domains is highly desirable. Youll bring a strong analytical toolkit, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to distil complex concepts into actionable plans.
