Reporting to the Executive and Sous Chef, your responsibilities will include:Supervising and supporting the kitchen team during serviceLeading by example in line with our values and food standardsContributing to menu development and planningMonitoring mise en place, food cost control, and stock rotationEnsuring consistent delivery of quality dishes across all outletsMaintaining kitchen hygiene and WHS standardsSupporting rostering and workforce planning as requiredAbout YouWere looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and creativity to their craft.
