The Institute will focus on creating real-world impact through upskilling executives, applied research in these areas, and strategic partnerships that enable senior leaders to make more confident, future-ready decisions.The OpportunityJoin the newly created Institute for Digital Innovation and Artificial Intelligence (IDIA) in this important yet diverse role providing high-level coordination and administrative support to ensure the effective operation of the Institute. As Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the Institutes programs, research initiatives, partnerships, and events, enabling the Institute to deliver its strategic objectives.Some additional responsibilities will also include:Providing executive support to the Director and Director of Strategic Partnerships, including meeting scheduling, calendar management, and administrative follow-up.Assist in the planning and execution of key programs and research events, working closely with the Director and Director of Strategic Partnerships.Coordinate project delivery activities, including the preparation of program materials (e.g., facilitator packs, workbooks), technical requirements, and documentation.Manage updates to the Institutes website and digital channels, particularly in relation to research and program outcomes, program launches, and event information.Work collaboratively with the MBS Marketing team to produce and update marketing materials, digital content, and event collateral.Representing the Institute in internal meetings, fostering productive relationships across MBS departments.About youAs a highly organised and articulate individual with a passion for administration, you will thrive on supporting and coordinating a myriad of different tasks.
