As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing our warehouse''s efficient and effective operation and ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to support the distribution of our 4x4 products.What you''ll be doingSupervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team to ensure productivity targets are met.Oversee receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods and materials.Monitor inventory levels and stock movements and implement processes to optimize storage and workflow.Liaise with production, logistics, and sales teams to prioritize and schedule warehouse activities.Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety policies and procedures.Coach, mentor, and develop the warehouse team to build their skills and capabilities.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient, cost-effective solutions.What we''re looking forProven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader.Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.Strong knowledge of warehousing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).Hands-on experience with warehouse management software and databases.Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration.Ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes.Responsibility and commitment to IM4.What we offerIronman 4x4 values our employees and is committed to providing a supportive and rewarding workplace.
