Come and join us at BYD!Full Time PositionFull training and support provided to the right candidateAbout the role:We hire for attitude and then train for skills.We currently have a fantastic opportunity available at our newly established EV only service/Pre-Delivery centre at Wangara for a Pre-Delivery Technician working exclusively with our EV brand, BYD.Reporting to the Workshop Controller this role will be responsible for preparing vehicles for delivery including accessory fitting. You will have one-on-one support and mentoring from experienced senior technicians. As the workshop expands there will be minor service work on EV Vehicles.Duties will include:Liaising with various departments across the business to ensure the pre-delivery processes are achieved in a timely mannerPlanning each assigned job for maximum efficiencyCompleting fitting and maintenance in line with manufacturer and dealership requirementsOrdering parts (where necessary) from Parts DepartmentCompleting inspections prior to deliveryEnsuring a constant commitment and compliance to WHSAbout you:This role would be ideal for a current Accessory Fitter or Trade assistant looking to take the next steps in their career.
