This is more than a reporting role its a seat at the table, helping drive business performance, influence strategic direction, and embed a culture of insights-led decision making.What does your role look like?While working out of the best waterfront office in Hobart, you will help shape the future of Tassal and build on business performance as part of the Finance team. Youll play a central role in:Building and uplifting FP&A capability across the groupLeading the month-end reporting and forecasting process, including consolidation and commentaryPartnering with senior leaders to challenge, support and shape decisionsTranslating complex financials into meaningful insights that drive resultsLeading budgeting, scenario modelling, business case development and investment analysisSupporting strategic projects, transformation initiatives and performance improvement effortsLeading centralised business casing for Capex and New Product DevelopmentDrive and influence process improvement not only for your area but across financePlay a critical role in systems development and rollout over timeAre you CPA or CA qualified with 8+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A, ideally in FMCG or agribusiness?
