As Clinic Manager at Rumbalara Medical Clinic, youll lead the daily operations of a vibrant, community-focused health service dedicated to delivering culturally safe, high-quality care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people. This role isnt just about managing a clinicits about empowering teams, strengthening partnerships, and improving community health outcomes. Youll collaborate with passionate health professionals, support staff, and external stakeholders to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and continues to be a trusted space for our mob to receive the care they deserve.About YouYou''re a strong, culturally grounded leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring clinical or management expertise and are passionate about delivering meaningful outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.To succeed in this role, youll bring:A Certificate IV or Diploma in Leadership and Management or Practice ManagementA professional background as a Registered Nurse (RN), Allied Health Professional, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, or similarExperience managing a clinicideally within an Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation (ACCHO)In-depth knowledge of the local Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community and the social determinants of healthThe ability to lead with cultural sensitivity, maintain confidentiality, and prioritise tasks under pressureStrong decision-making skills, team leadership experience, and the confidence to guide RACGP accreditation processesWhat We Offer: Competitive pay and conditions based on the ACCHS Award Administrative Grade 7 (negotiablebased on qualifications and experience). Salary packaging of $15,900 available for Part- or Full-time employees.
