Work Type: Ongoing - full time or part timePosition Title: Human Resources ManagerClassification: HS4 Administrative G4 L1Salary per hour: $42.33 + superannuation + generous salary packaging optionsEmployment Type: Ongoing part-time 64 hoursAward: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025Role DescriptionThe Human Resources Manager will provide comprehensive generalist HR and Industrial Relations support across all departments at Heathcote Health. This role is responsible for delivering day-to-day HR services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.Key Responsibilities:Support the delivery of HR functions to meet legislative, audit, and staff wellbeing requirementsAssist in developing and implementing performance management practices aligned with strategic goalsAct as the first point of contact for remuneration and benefits queriesManage investigations into grievances, disciplinary matters, and complaints, escalating when necessaryMaintain compliance registers including police checks, WWCC, NDIS, and statutory declarationsCoordinate recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processesSupport the rollout of new systems, policies, and strategic projectsPrepare reports and participate in meetings, quality activities, and accreditation processesContribute to policy development and reviewEnsure privacy compliance in all HR mattersPerform additional duties as required by the Director of Corporate ServicesPlease refer to the relevant attached position description and address the key selection criteria on your cover letter when applying.Culture and BenefitsLocated a short drive from Bendigo and Melbourne, Heathcote is a renowned centre for its regional food and wine culture.
