About The RoleWe''re on the hunt for a commercially-minded Account Manager to join our fast-paced, rapidly scaling team. You''ll be responsible for driving restaurant success on the EatClub platform - optimising partner performance, strengthening retention, and contributing to the revenue growth of your portfolio. This isnt your standard AM role - our team consults on pricing strategy, venue performance, and operational improvements that directly impact a venues bottom line.The right person will bring strong relationship and communication skills, an eye for commercial value, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves in a high-growth startup. Youll report into a Regional Manager, and work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.About EatClubEatClub is a fast-growing Australian tech company helping restaurants unlock untapped revenue through dynamic pricing and AI-driven promotional tools. Co-founded by chef Marco Pierre White and backed by global VC firms, were bringing hotel-style yield management to the restaurant world - empowering venues to fill empty seats during off-peak times.With operations across Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Gold Coast and more), were helping thousands of restaurants increase profitability while giving diners better access to great food at great prices.Weve just completed a major funding round, launched a new product suite, and are building out our team to meet rising demand and expansion into new markets.What Youll Be DoingManage a portfolio of restaurants and serve as their trusted advisorUse platform data and insights to help venues optimise their performance and maximise revenueGuide restaurants through setup, activation, and performance improvement cyclesIdentify and action commercial growth opportunities - including feature adoption, marketing packages, and integrationsMonitor venue performance and intervene early to support ongoing successProvide tailored support and maintain long-term, high-trust relationshipsCollaborate closely with internal teams to share feedback, improve tools, and shape the partner experienceWho You AreA natural communicator and relationship builder with a commercial mindsetAnalytical thinker who can read the numbers and turn them into actionable insightsComfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where no two days look the sameCurious about the intersection of food and tech, and excited by building real-world impactProactive, organised, and motivated to own outcomes for your partnersWhat Youll Need1-3 years in an account management, customer success, or sales roleExperience working to retention or revenue targetsExcellent verbal and written communicationA collaborative, team-first attitudeAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyA car and licence (this is a field-based role with travel to venues)Experience in hospitality, tech, or marketplaces is a bonusStand Out With a Loom VideoWant to stand out from the pack?
