You''ll support our chatbot (Bee), live chat, messaging, and future contact centre platform-building and refining automated customer journeys.Your skills Experience in a hands on Product Owner role Proven experience using AI to shape customer experiences Internal and external stakeholder engagement and decision-making skills Organised, adaptable and data-driven Familiarity with customer communications content production, compliance, and platforms like LivePerson or Microsoft Copilot StudioYour responsibilities Drive the roadmap for digital conversation channels Design and build engaging conversational flows Champion best practice and boost channel adoption Collaborate across teams to deliver impactful solutions Stay ahead of AI trends and apply them to improve customer self-service Gather and apply feedback to enhance experiences Provide thought leadership and support across initiativesIf you thrive on challenges and teamwork, we''d love to have you on board.
