Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader, you''ll be instrumental in keeping our fleet ready and safe.Key responsibilities include:Collaborate with the Shift Team Leadto execute scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, ensuring all technical documentation is up-to-date and authorised.Maintain accurate recordsof work performed, ensuring all procedures comply with BAE Systems and Defence Aviation Safety Authority (DASA) regulations.Identify and report defects,maintenance issues, and quality non-conformances as they arise.Adhere to high standards of safety and qualitywhile operating workshop equipment and performing maintenance tasks.Support flight operationsas needed to meet operational demands.About YOUProven experience in a similar workshop or hangar role.Ability to secure and maintain a Baseline defense security clearance.Strong understanding of DASA regulations, and a commitment to safety in every aspect of the job.Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.We believe in hiring for potential, we know that some candidates hesitate if they don''t tick all the boxes.
