Employees within the hub will work with EY project teams across Australia to support large-scale client engagements.The Service Delivery Analyst will support the Delivery team on long-term engagements and is responsible for the delivery of contract obligations including but not limited to administration, billing, governance and reporting requirements.The position will provide reporting and updates on schedules, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues.This is a position based in Wadawurrung Ballarat.Your Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and manage contract compliance through ongoing research, analysis, and oversight of obligations, including administration, billing, reporting, and governance requirements.Analyse financial procedures and performance, including cost tracking, budget management, and billing convergence, ensuring alignment with contractual and operational standards.Support governance functions by providing secretariat services, preparing documentation, maintaining delivery frameworks, and ensuring deliverables meet contractual requirements.Conduct risk and issue analysis, providing timely insights and reports to stakeholders to support proactive decision-making and project continuity.Foster stakeholder relationships through clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution, ensuring engagement and alignment across governance and delivery activities.Skills And Attributes For SuccessIdeally, youll also have the skills and attributes below but dont worry if you dont tick all the boxes.
