In this key leadership role, youll work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to support the delivery of safe, high-quality care while fostering a collaborative team environment.As the ANUM, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the unit, with a strong focus on leadership, clinical excellence, and supporting the team.In this role you will:Apply advanced nursing practices in planning, implementing, and evaluating care in accordance with National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.Support all members of the nursing team, acting as a role model and resource person within the clinical area.Support the strategic direction, operational processes, budget and business direction of the unit and hospitalContribute to staff development and team cohesion across the departmentOversee staff rostering and ensure effective allocation of resourcesTake on NUM responsibilities during periods of leaveAbout you:Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of AustraliaMust have minimum of 2 years experience in this role.Strong clinical skillset.Remuneration: On offer is base hourly rate ranging from$55.92 - $ 57.76 + superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.
