As the business scales, they are investing in commercial leadership to drive further growth and brand development.About the RoleThis newly created Commercial Manager Sales & Distribution role is a hands-on leadership position with full ownership of commercial revenue streams. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead sales, distribution, and brand execution across retail, wholesale, foodservice, and export markets.Youll manage key customer relationships, develop channel strategies, oversee commercial negotiations, and collaborate closely with supply chain, and operations to ensure seamless delivery from production to shelf.
