The key focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer experience to clients throughout their exciting journey purchasing a new home. More specifically, you will:Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the display centreTogether with the Sales Associate, you will greet and assist visitors to the display home, provide advice on house design selection, upgrades and options and contingenciesSupport customers through the sales cycle from initial quote, presenting tenders to variationsProvide exceptional customer service, answering questions to support customers to make informed decisions within timeframe and budgetIn collaborations with other departments, ensure that all sales documentation and paperwork is completed to high standard within required timeframesManage client expectations and be a trusted advisorAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values; better together, be accountable, people matter and think bigger.
