Through enhanced higher education access, regional people are empowered to shape vibrant and prosperous futures for themselves and their communities.Country Universities Centre Cowra Region is a not-for-profit community-driven organisation, jointly funded by the Australian Department of Education and NSW Government.The RoleThis is a highly rewarding and unique opportunity to join the CUC team in shaping the education landscape for students in the Cowra Region.As Centre Manager, you will work with the Board of Directors and be supported by the CUC in implementing the strategic plan to increase access to higher education opportunities in the region. You will be integral leading operations to support successful outcomes for students. You will also work with the CUC to develop and implement a marketing plan, foster and maintain relationships with stakeholders, and represent CUC Cowra Region at community events.We Are Looking ForA self-starting, enthusiastic individual who is passionate about creating opportunities for regional and remote students;The ability to engage with local students from diverse backgrounds and pursue key opportunities to support students to identify and achieve their academic goals;An experienced collaborator with the ability to build strong relationships within the CUC network, the community, and with diverse external stakeholders to promote the CUCs aims;Excellent organisational and time management capability, combined with high-level computer skills; andA dedicated individual with the agility to execute the strategic plan and manage the day-to-day running of the Centre.Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.You are required to submit the following:A cover letter addressed to the Board of Directors; andYour full CVResponse to the following questions:1.
