The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of clients taking responsibility for trading account set up, relationship management and deal execution.Our Dealers offer expert and bespoke suggestions and ideas to our clients, providing them with strategies to minimise their FX risk challenges. They plan, structure and execute deals, giving our clients the best value while contributing to Eburys growth.Our best Dealers go on to head up and train dealing teams, making sure the next generation of Dealers are inspired, motivated and proficient in their roles.What Youll Do As a Portfolio ManagerManage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing a range of different products, including FX hedging, lending, payments and cash management. Youll upsell Eburys broad product capabilities, ensuring a best-in-class client proposition.Collaborate with a large, successful sales team to assist in business origination. Understand clients'' business environments, strategies, and industry to provide the best solution for their situation using Ebury''s large product suite.Know and understand the competition''s capabilities and gaps to better position Eburys Banking solutions.Deliver on dealer-specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, reducing client churn, upselling cross-selling multiple relevant products and increasing wallet-share.Building and maintaining strong client relationships through client meetings, confidently and professionally presenting ideas, proposals, and updates to clients.Expand existing business and provide feedback to technology and product managers.Originate new business via networking with existing clients for business referrals.What Youll NeedStrong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
