(HP4/Nurse Grade 7)4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading12.75% employer contribution to superannuationThe Community Forensic Outreach Service (CFOS) is a team within the broader Community Forensic Mental Health Service (CFMHS). CFOS provides high level clinical risk assessment and therapy services for the management of mental health consumers who have committed, are alleged to have committed or are at risk of committing an offence.Requirements:Mandatory qualifications and proof of registrationNG7: Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification relevant to the position is mandatory.
