With significant investment in our F&T operations, excellent training, and growth opportunities, now is a great time to join us.Your role will involve providing aftersales service to our Frame and Truss customers, investigating issues, understanding building plans, and supporting manufacturing processes from technical drawings to production and delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders, focusing on warranty and structural issues. Training and support will be provided.You will use tools like Microsoft Office and Salesforce, and be part of a team of 4-6 members. The role offers pathways into leadership, detailing, estimation, and technical solutions as the F&T manufacturing expands across Australia.Responsibilities include:Providing monthly reports, generating purchase orders, and managing creditsCoordinating site inspections and measurementsCommunicating between sales, technical, and production teamsDocumenting agreements and resolutionsWho we''re looking for:A motivated individual with the ability to read building plans and understand manufacturing processes. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
