Complete Care Team Blacktown Office is a private nursing agency committed to providing consistent quality nursing and attendant care to clients with acquired brain injury (ABI) and high support needs in their own homes.We achieve quality holistic service for our clients by investing in our staff with orientation and training programs.We are looking for passionate Disability Support Workers who are dedicated to delivering high-quality services to the people they support.About YouAINs, ACWs, Cert-III, Cert-IV, or Allied Health graduates/studentsWilling to work in various locations across Sydney''s West, South, and North to support clients with ABI and high support needs in their homesFlexible attitude with good availability, including weekendsWilling to travelCommitted to delivering the companys client-centered care program, including clinical care, personal care, physiotherapy & exercise programs, appointments, vocational assistance, shopping, domestic duties, and recreational activitiesTo be considered for an interview, you must meet the following criteria:Experience or qualification such as AIN III / Cert IV, EN, RN, Allied Health student, or experience working with clients with disabilities, ABI, dementia, or high support needsCurrent First Aid CertificateCurrent National Police Check (within last 6 months)NDIS Worker Screening CheckCurrent Working with Children CheckCurrent Drivers LicenseGood verbal and written communication skillsGood availability and flexible attitudeExperience working with people with disabilitiesAdditional preferences:Female support worker encouraged to apply as per client requestExperience working with challenging behaviors and mental healthComfortable with petsTraining and orientation will be provided.
