You will be expected to work across a rotating roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production equipmentPerform changeovers and reduce downtimeMaintain cleanliness and follow safety/quality standardsReport safety or maintenance issues promptlyAdhering to company safety and quality policies and proceduresAbout YouExperience in food or dairy manufacturing (preferred, not essential)A positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a safety-first mindsetAbility to work independently and collaborativelyForklift or HR truck licence (a bonus)Flexibility for rotating shifts, including nights and weekendsBega Group StoryBega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
