This is a permanent, Monday to Friday role based at our Toowoomba branch.As a Foreman, you will:Provide leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members.Ensure safety standards are maintained.Determine target hours for work and communicate with team members.Assist Technicians with diagnostic and failure analysis.Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Manage scheduling changes and fitter availability during unforeseen absences.Collaborate with other Foremen and service teams across branches to meet customer needs.Why Hastings Deering?At Hastings Deering, our people are our greatest asset.
