PHE Mining is currently seeking a highly motivated Site Supervisor to join our Bathurst team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is your opportunity to utilise your skills and knowledge while working closely with our Superintendent to ensure our works are a success. The role involves industrial electrical and instrumentation installations, plant maintenance, shutdowns, and general improvement works in both a surface and underground environment.This is a local role, primarily Monday-Friday with excellent pay and consistent overtime.ABOUT THE ROLE:Undertake project-specific tasks as appropriate and directed to you by the SuperintendentLeading a team of Leading Hands and ElectriciansLead by example for all to uphold a high standard of safety on siteReport task status, including forecast outcomes with relation to time, cost, scope and quality, when requiredMaintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with the project management methodologyParticipate in and inform project planning and auditing activitiesOversee our apprentices, and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of workABOUT YOU:You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:Have a positive attitude and strong commitment to safetyEnjoy problem-solvingPrevious experience in a Supervisory roleFamiliar with Microsoft Office 365 applications including Teams & ExcelExperience in the use and interpretation of Project Scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera)Previous experience in job estimating and quotingQuality Management experienceBudget management experienceLICENCES:Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro TechNSW Electrical LicenceHigh-risk work Licence EWPWorking at Heights (Completed in the last 18 months)Current CPR/LVR (within the last 9 months)Current Unrestricted C Class Drivers LicenceWhite / Blue Construction CardHazardous Areas preferred but not essentialPlease note all your tickets and licences MUST be current to commence on site and be employed by PHE.ABOUT US:PHE has 50 years history providing safe, rewarding, long-term employment in regional and remote areas.
