Thats where you come in.About the Role:Were seeking a versatile, creative, and digitally savvyMarketing & Content Producerto lead and execute our content and campaign strategy. This hybrid role involves time at our centres inDubbo and Orange, remote work from yourSydney base or home office, and collaboration with our leadership team.Your role will include:Video content Plan, film and edit short-form and long-form videos at centres and eventsAdvertising & social Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns to attract new families and staffWebsite & SEO Build and update landing pages, blogs, and support website improvementsBranding Develop marketing materials, pitch decks, presentations and flyers that align with our brand identitySocial media management Own the content calendar, engagement, and growth strategyCopywriting Create copy for blogs, ads, captions, and print materialsAI tools Leverage platforms like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and automation tools to enhance creativity and efficiencyWere Looking For Someone Who:Has 2+ years experience in marketing, content creation, or digital mediaKnows how to shoot and edit engaging video (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)Has experience with SEO and building landing pages (e.g. WordPress, Webflow, Wix)Can confidently manage digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)Understands brand strategy, visual storytelling, and presentation designWrites clearly, creatively, and with a warm, engaging toneIs organised, self-motivated, and can manage projects independentlyIs open to travel betweenSydney, Dubbo and Orange, with more locations coming soonWhy Join Natures Academy?Be part of a values-led, fast-growing brand making real impact in regional and metro communitiesA hybrid role offeringflexibility,autonomy, andcreative freedomWork with a passionate team that values ideas, innovation, and peopleHelp shape the voice and visual identity of a purpose-driven education business Locations:Sydney-based with travel toDubbo & Orange.
