This is your chance to make a tangible impact, work alongside industry leaders, and further your career in a collaborative, dynamic, and outcome-focused environment.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute towards achieving the companys strategic and operational objectives.Implement and maintain operational systems, processes, and policies.Perform quality controls and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).Seek and respond to site audits and client and guest feedback to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.Identify operational inefficiencies and develop site improvement plans.Control costs across operational departments and analyse results to identify opportunities.Provide effective leadership to hotel housekeeping teams, ensuring productivity and high performance.Adhere to workplace health and safety policies, attending safety meetings and training as required.Prepare weekly productivity, quality, and operations reports, addressing variances with action plans.What were looking for:A confident, hands-on leader with extensive experience in hotel operations, particularly housekeeping services.
