Youll build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to strategic growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment and is ready to take ownership of sales performance.Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve and exceed sales targets by understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutionsDevelop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM recordsConduct market research and identify emerging trends and opportunitiesPrepare business cases and negotiate pricing within guidelinesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project deliveryPromote Gaias value proposition and build long-term client partnershipsContribute to sales and marketing strategies and promotional activitiesWhat were looking forProven success in sales, ideally in agribusiness and or agronomy, waste-to-energy, environmental science or renewable energyStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environmentBachelors degree in agribusiness, environmental science, sustainability, or related field (preferred)Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM systemsPassion for sustainability and innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
