This role has been created to support a key piece of work to resource the mapping of critical business processes and risks, assess their impact, and contribute to the development of updated Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organisation.About the roleWorking closely with business units across ESA, you will play a hands on role in enhancing our Business Continuity and Risk frameworks. This includes conducting impact assessments, supporting risk control activities, and helping embed practical continuity planning across teams.Key responsibilitiesBusiness ContinuityDevelop ESAs Business Continuity Policy and FrameworkConduct business impact assessments to identify and prioritise critical functionsMap existing processes and risks in collaboration with stakeholdersDocument and update Business Continuity Plans (BCPs)Support continuity and disaster recovery testing activitiesDeliver awareness and training sessionsSupport the identification, assessment, and prioritisation of organisational risksWork with teams to document controls and track treatment actionsContribute to continuous improvement of the Risk Management FrameworkPrepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholdersAbout youYou bring structure to complexity and are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders.
