This role involves overseeing project intake, portfolio management, while developing metrics and analytics capabilities to assess project and portfolio health.The Program Manager supports business planning and performance reviews and actively facilitates communication between various stakeholders. They drive the adoption of project management best practices and operational excellence, lead the planning and execution of major business reviews, and ensure strategic alignment of projects with organisational goals.
