We''re seeking two skilled Senior HR Business Partners to join our high-performing team, with a strong focus on industrial relations. This is a fantastic opportunity to influence organisational culture, tackle complex challenges, and contribute to meaningful outcomes in a fast-paced, purpose-led setting.What Your Day Will Look LikePartnering with both supervisors and managers to understand and support their strategic prioritiesProviding comprehensive and technical advice to all of Council on a range of matters including employment relationship mattersInterpreting industrial agreements, legislation, and relevant internal policiesProviding advice on position departmental restructure requestsConducting workplace investigationsIdentifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring an effective level of serviceEnsuring Human Resource compliance and governancePlease click here to view a full position description.What Youll Need For SuccessYoull bring strong experience across the HR function and the confidence to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including providing trusted advice to senior leaders.
