Our company values evolve around being customer-centric, constantly innovating and fostering a spirit of unity - where we work as one team, one family.About The RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Cleaner to join our team to service client police station offices and areas.Classification: Level 1Rate: $29.73 per hour, plus other allowances as applicableHours: Thursdays, 3:00pm to 5:00pm with additional fill in shifts availableLocation: In and around Two WellsKey ResponsibilitiesClean and disinfect bathrooms and kitchens, including toilets, urinals, dispensers, sinks, mirrorsWaste, rubbish, recycling removalVacuum and wash floors, paying particular attention to corners and edgesDust areas within cleaning scopeReplace and replenish provided supplies, eg. toilet paper, liquid hand soap, bin linersSpot clean walls and other areas as required and remove cobwebs or other unsightly itemsMonitor cleaning stock levels and communicate with Manager as neededKey requirementsHave the right to work in Australia, hold current national police check, and have willingness to apply for SAPOL clearance or other compliance checks such as working with children checkHave a driver licence and reliable personal vehicle to travel to place of workPrevious commercial cleaning knowledge and experience would be advantageousAbility to work autonomously, use initiative, and manage tasks effectivelyHigh level of customer service skills with a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and passion for cleanlinessHave an acceptable level of physical and mental fitnessWhy ACS Property ServicesMid sized organisation with a family feelBase rate plus allowancesOpportunity to contribute to a fast growing organisationCareer growth opportunitiesHow To ApplyIf you meet our criteria, please click the APPLY NOW button.
