We run group experiences like smash rooms, axe throwing and escape rooms. Weve also got a Mobile Smash Truck that hits the road for corporate events, team days and parties across Adelaide.Were looking for someone solid to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. Your main role will be running the Mobile Smash Truck and helping out at HQ when the truck isnt booked. This is a physical, hands-on role that needs someone reliable and switched on. If youve got sales or lead gen experience too, well happily throw some extra hours and commission your way.Heres what youll be doingDriving and running the Mobile Smash Truck at events around AdelaideSetting up, packing down and making sure groups have a top-tier experienceRunning sessions across smash rooms, axe throwing and escape room at HQ when not on the truckHelping with content creation and jumping in front of the camera when neededBonus if you can help generate leads or bring in bookings well pay commission on any packages you help sellHeres what were looking forPhysically fit and capable of doing a very active jobManual drivers licence and confident driving a large vehicleGreat with people, confident speaking in front of groupsComfortable being filmed or featured in social media contentSolid work ethic, shows up on time, no dramaBonus if youve got experience in sales, cold outreach, or corporate lead genWhats in it for youAbove award pay ($30 to $35 per hour depending on experience)Commission for any bookings you help generateRegular weekend shifts and potential to pick up extra hoursChance to be part of a growing business doing something differentNo micro-managing, just a crew that gets it done and has a good time doing itWere not after someone just filling shifts.
